Project Details
The UNC School of Social Work is one of the oldest professional schools at the University and one of the top in the nation. As the school continues to grow, they felt that their current brand fell short of representing their vision to be one of the leading schools of social work for impact. UNC Creative was approached to develop a new sub brand that would add visual impact and consistency to the work they do and help communicate their mission to advance equity, transform systems and improve lives.
The new visual direction relies on the combination of organic shapes, inspired by key characteristics of the school, and subtle textures to create a warm and inviting look. These elements work together to form limitless, abstract arrangements that can be applied to patterns and other decorative elements throughout the brand.
