Project Details
The Heels Care Network was a newly established program aimed to provide students, faculty and staff with access to mental health and well-being resources at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While at UNC Creative, I worked closely with the client to create a new identity that would bring more awareness to the brand and establish a consistent look and feel across campus communications. The hand-drawn adaptation of the Tar Heel foot with the addition of an interlocking heart creates a sense of community and a feeling of safety, which sets the tone for the rest of the brand assets.

Additional elements, including illustrations, icons, animated stickers, social media templates, messaging and printed collateral, were created to strengthen the Heel Care Network’s brand presence across campus. Ultimately, the brand was able to reach more individuals and help create a culture of care and compassion within the UNC-Chapel Hill community.
